CSR Expenditure includes all spend incurred in accordance with the Annual Action Plan, including any activity aligned with areas specified in Schedule VII of the Act. Any surplus arising from CSR activities is not considered business profit and is ploughed back into CSR activities.
Excess amounts spent beyond the minimum required for the year may be carried forward for set-off in succeeding years, in accordance with the CSR Rules. Unspent amounts relating to an "Ongoing Project" are dealt with as per the CSR Rules.

The Company's CSR Governance structure is headed by the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board of Directors. The CSR Committee shall:
The Committee may consult the Airox Foundation and/or other agencies, and may invite Company officials, Foundation trustees, and any other persons it deems necessary to its meetings.
CSR projects or programs under this Policy are undertaken in India, as per the recommendations of the CSR Committee and approval by the Board.
The CSR Committee endeavors to devise a robust monitoring system to ensure the effective implementation of CSR projects and programmes across all focus areas.
The CSR Committee ensures that appropriate disclosures are made on the Company's website and in the Company's Annual Report, in line with regulatory requirements.
